As an elite athlete, Paula experienced the benefits of supportive coaching and results-oriented programming first-hand. She used what she learned when she commenced her career in the fitness industry and discovered the power of group training.
Completing her Human Movement degree fired Paula’s passion for continuing education in order to improve the health and wellbeing of her clients.
It’s this unique perspective that’s allowed Paula to contribute fresh, innovative thinking to the co-development of 38X Fitness.
Jess’s mission is to empower her clients to create a better version of themselves. Jess understands the importance of nourishing the body with wholefoods and how to get great results through the combined benefits of weights and HIIT training.
With an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine and Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and Personal Training, she is a key member of the 38X team.
Gab is a former Basketball and American Football Player, passionate surfer and lover of the outdoors.
He is a qualified Personal trainer, Sport masseur, Yoga teacher and lifetime student. He loves discovering what pushes him beyond his comfort zone to remain constantly inspired and challenged. Gabriel loves creating a fun and friendly training environment so that clients enjoy each session no matter how hard it gets!
Aidan has maintained a long-standing passion for health, fitness and human movement since his time competing as an athlete in both Athletics.
Following completing a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science (Exercise and Sport Science) Aidan finished his Master Trainer (Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness). He is looking forward to continuing his health and fitness journey as a part of the 38X team and helping to promote a healthy and active lifestyle for clients of all abilities and aptitudes.
Having worked across the health and fitness industry all his life he saw the need for a more connected, personalised and results driven environment. 38X Fitness was developed through this experience and strives to connect like-minded clients into the ultimate health, fitness and wellness community.
With a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics), David coaches sessions on the schedule and is extremely passionate about making 38X Fitness a brand that the community love and respect.
