As an elite athlete, Paula experienced the benefits of supportive coaching and results-oriented programming first-hand. She used what she learned when she commenced her career in the fitness industry and discovered the power of group training.
Completing her Human Movement degree fired Paula’s passion for continuing education in order to improve the health and wellbeing of her clients.
It’s this unique perspective that’s allowed Paula to contribute fresh, innovative thinking to the co-development of 38X Fitness.
Having worked across the health and fitness industry all his life he saw the need for a more connected, personalised and results driven environment. 38X Fitness was developed through this experience and strives to connect like-minded clients into the ultimate health, fitness and wellness community.
With a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics), David coaches sessions on the schedule and is extremely passionate about making 38X Fitness a brand that the community love and respect.
As a professional athlete, Jesse has a passion for fitness and strength training.
Having qualified as a Master Trainer with Australian Institute of Fitness, as well as obtaining his Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Certificate, Jesse coaches group and privately with 38X and brings his energy and enthusiasm to the team.
Aidan has maintained a long-standing passion for health, fitness and human movement since his time competing as an athlete in both Athletics.
Following completing a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science (Exercise and Sport Science) Aidan finished his Master Trainer (Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness). He is looking forward to continuing his health and fitness journey as a part of the 38X team and helping to promote a healthy and active lifestyle for clients of all abilities and aptitudes.
Emily is a qualified Yoga Facilitator from Sydney. She trained with Emily Kuser at her school of High Vibe Yoga in Ubud where she received her 200HR Yoga Alliance certificate trained in Hatha Yoga with refinements in meditation, pranayama, asana, subtle energy and philosophy.
Emily is also a filmmaker with a passion for authentic storytelling and enjoys weaving this element into her classes.
