I trained at 38X a few years ago for quite sometime and had to leave due to a change in work rosters, and juggling family life. It was a sad time in my life!! Thankfully I was able to return last weekend, and smiled the ENTIRE session!! It’s an amazing gym, the owners (Paula and Dave) are passionate and extremely knowledgeable. The equipment is fantastic, and the music even better. A great environment to get fit and have fun at the same time ⚡️💪🏽

Shut the front door (with your bum Jess)! This is more than a gym, it is a community of friendly supportive trainers and trainees. Great team, great workouts, great attitude. I am new but it's a fantastic experience that makes you look forward to training.

We have been going to 38X for the past 5 months and love being a part of their community. The classes are a good size and there is such great variety in class types and no class is ever the same. The team are so friendly and helpful and know everyone by name. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a more local gym to be a part of a family rather than feeling lost in a big business or franchise.
