Doing the right form of movement for our enjoyment and performance is vital. Our bodies are designed to move and with modern lifestyles increasing a sedentary lifestyle this is having a significant impact on the functioning of our body.
Combining a healthy lifestyle of movement and positive life choices is an amazing elixir for our mental fitness. Thankfully we are more aware than ever that stress is a modern day killer and through our 38X programs we include areas to flex that most important organ.
