Exercising without a program is like driving without directions … you can chew through plenty of fuel and never reach your destination. 1:3 Personal Training includes a personalised approach written specifically for you, your body and your goals. Adjustments and progressions are made with your coach really getting to grips with how your body responds best. That program is revisited regularly and continually adapted to changing needs and fitness levels as you progress.
With a maximum 3 participants per coach, you get the attention of a personal trainer with the vibe of your squad. Smaller numbers mean our trainers can take the time to teach and correct technique. We get to know you, and push your limits in a way that’s safe and effective. 1:3 also allow for guidance through unique training methods that aren’t taught in larger groups. We all have our niggles and areas to be aware of. In 1:1 and 1:3 PT our trainers will modify and work with you to ensure you still get a solid workout and leave feeling better than when you arrived. Training in small squad (1 trainer to 3 clients) provides you with the support, expertise and knowledge of your trainer as well as those you’re working alongside. Perfect for those looking to learn from the ground up, as well as the more experienced.
1:1 and 1:3 are both great for results – training consistency is one of the key variables for success. So with 1:3 PT you get the best of both worlds: tailored advice and individual attention at a fraction of the cost of 1:1 personal training.
Our App-based booking system gives you complete control over which 1:3 PT sessions you attend. We find that booking a regular spot is best for guaranteeing progress, however you are able to schedule your training week to week to suit work shifts, family needs, travel and all life’s little demands when required.
We have a dedicated training zone, fully equipped for our PT clients. This ensures time effectiveness and making every minute count. Our 1:3 Squad PT sessions are scheduled at key times to ensure that the sessions fit into your busy lifestyles. Outside of the 1:3 schedule, our 1:1 sessions run.
