Download the 38X app and checkout the live schedule.

STEP 02

Decide which session you will try first and book using the 38X app

STEP 03

The app will guide you to purchase your intro pack and confirm your first workout.

STEP 04

Arrive 15 minutes before your first session to get set up for success. Bring a sweat towel, some water and your energy. We’ll help you leave with a smile and feeling great with those endorphins pumping.

STEP 05

We’ll book you in for your personal training plan and help you create the perfect plan to achieve your goals. You can even get a Bio Scan that will help you track your results and keep the focus burning.

STEP 06

Try the programs over the 2-week intro offer period that will help you hit those goals. We’ll help you keep training and select one of our flexible options that matches your lifestyle.

Doing the right form of movement for our enjoyment and performance is vital. Our bodies are designed to move and with modern lifestyles increasing a sedentary lifestyle this is having a significant impact on the functioning of our body.

Mindset

Combining a healthy lifestyle of movement and positive life choices is an amazing elixir for our mental fitness. Thankfully we are more aware than ever that stress is a modern day killer and through our 38X programs we include areas to flex that most important organ. The most important part of this is to get started with activity.

NUTRITION

Its cliche but true... 'you can't out-train a poor nutrition plan'. Join one of our structured programs like Kickstart or Get Lean, or sit down with our nutrition coach to make meaningful changes to your dietary activity to help you have more energy, and feel better.

RECOVERY

Many people only focus on the higher intensity and strength training, ignoring the recovery component - and then all of a sudden an injury or burn out occurs. Our Train Smart philosophy will have you following a balanced approach and will include tried and tested recovery techniques both in session and for you to do in your time.
